This is the best shoe for custom insoles! Plenty of room in the box. Plenty of room for a high instep. Heel is just right for my smaller heel, no slipping.
I've tried many many different shoes I've the years and these are by far the best for me. I would highly recommend.

These are the best ABEO athletic shoes I've ever bought. They're lighter than many previous models but still have firm support. If you order the metatarsal shoe as I did, you won't need to use an orthotic insert--the arch support is built in and comes with a metatarsal insert. It's a great shoe.

These sneakers have metatarsal support, and are very comfortable! I use Grandma’s Secret Spot Remover spray to keep the toe area clean, then rinse off with water, and the sneakers look brand new again( pink color). Otherwise, it was hard to keep them clean, as mentioned in another review.
I have bunions and a neuroma, and these sneakers make my feet feel great!
